Make/buy a launch ramp, stick a few bricks under it to heighten it a bit, take a huge run up (WOT all the way) and when you come off the ramp hold the throttle, it'll cause the front to come up, about ¾ of the way through the rotation start using the brake to level out the car (so it lands on all fours)
For a front flip (you'll need more air) just slam the brake on mid-air but as I said you'll need more air/a bigger launch run |

It can be, I use mine at about 45-60 SPAM DON'T REPLY's up, you have to act quick on the trigger to make sure nothing goes wrong but other than that you should be fine.
The way I usually start is to just keep jumping my xc normally and raising the ramp a bit everytime, then when I get the most amount of air I can (making sure that I clear the ramp also) I take to the skies, so to speak.
