Had to redo the carb seals. What at the initial needle settings, especially the low speed needle setting?

Hi,

The high speed should be 2.5 turns out from bottom.

To reset the low speed, remove the carb and open the carb barrel completely. Look down through the top of the carb and you'll see the spray bar with a milled slot in it. Adjust the low speed needle so that the tip of the needle is in the middle of the slot.
