Well I promised now it's time to deliver!

Right now all I have are blank sheets. I'm hoping that Jeff Guest, Craig K, and Bombero have time to do one for us. Also anyone can do one. The hard part is going to be getting them online...so if you want download it print it and send it to me via USPS regular mail. Then I'll enter all the data in and upload it to my server and post it here for us Mammoth owners.

Original Mammoth Monster Truck Set Up Sheets
Here is the file in a JPG format (looks the best and should print well). (About 271kb).

Here is the file in a PDF format (Not as sharp, but still good). (About 220kb).

Mammoth ST Set Up Sheets
Here is the file in a JPG format (looks the best and should print well). (About 236kb).

Here is the file in a PDF format (Not as sharp, but still good). (About 373kb).

Programs to open and print JPG or PDF files
Of course to open/view a PDF file you need this: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/alternate.html

Good FREE JPG/image viewer to get good prints: http://www.irfanview.com/

Oh ok sorry...I use IrfanViewer to view/print JPG's which will scale images (jpgs) bigger and smaller.

If you guys wanna try the jpg to print here's a good free program: http://www.irfanview.com/

I did change it a bit because I forgot about the rear Hub spacer...that has been changed now.

The shock oils are reversed it sould be 15 weight on the out sides and 20 weight on the inner. Lately I have been messing around with a 4 shock set up I am using 35 wt oil and drilling the piston holes out to a size 54 drill bit which is 1.5 mm. It feels close to the same as the old setup but it not as good in the woops. But it is much better on a smooth track, my lap time dropped by .6 to 1 sec. a lap. If anyone is trying a 4 shock setup try this first.

I'm working on posting all the mods to my Team Dadders Mammoth but won't have pics here, just on our site as well as Engine mods to our Killer 24.7 Here goes

Suspension.

Billet XTM knuckles with Dadders modified captured king pins.
XTM XT Pro arms front and rear.
XTM XT CF Tower front.
XTM Stock aluminum modified towers for shock position holes rear.
Mammoth short body reservoir with long shaft rear.
Dadders billet standoffs.
Dadders captured hinge pins
Dadders modified ProLine 23mm adapters.

Set up geometry

Front
Toe "0" deg.
Camber 2 deg. at rest, 4 deg at full squat.
Rear
2deg toe blocks

as verified by Dadders.net Tweak Station.

Diffs

Dadders Modified XTM cases
Center XTM Diff w/Dadders adapter and modified XTM plastic gear
Front H7 Pro 8 spider diffs
Rear H7 Pro 8 spider diffs
Drive shafts

Custom length Dadders Modified Center cvd's
Front Ofna universals
Rear Ofna universals

Bracing

Dadders front and rear

Chassis Plate

Dadders Modified plate milled for center diff.

Dadders solid one peice motor mount and plate. With unlimited adjustability.

Stock wheel base.
Width approx 16in.

MOTOR

Dadders modified XTM 24.7
aluminum clutch shoes
Dadders 32mm OD flywheel and knurling for positive starter box work.
Speed as measured with Dadders.net Radar gun with 14/65 gearing averaged 41mph.

Driving Impressions

Takes corners on power, and clears jumps with the greatest of ease, even if your line to approach isn't perfect, there's plenty of time to gas it and save the landing. Attitude adjustments are quick and easy while flying high as engine and brakes are very responsive to driver input.

As a novice driver I can only say it Rocks. In the hands of an experienced racer no telling how well it would do.

I would post pics, but no hosting yet. It will be on our website soon, along with a how to on our 24.7 motor project.
