Confirmation by Email |
Order confirmation is handled automatically by email. Each step of
the order handling process is reported to you by email up to the
point when the order has been shipped. However, it doesn't stop
there.
When the order is shipped, we send the tracking number to you. This
allows you to track your package as it makes its way from us right
to your doorstep.

Receipt |
This is the first email you will receive concerning your order. When
you submit an order the information that you entered will be sent
back to you to confirm that the information was sent. For security
reasons, your credit card information is not included in this email.
This email is sent by the shopping cart so you are sent this email
almost immediately. |

Confirmation |
Once an order is received here at Hobby People, an order is created
in our order fulfillment computer system. An email will be sent to
you at this time which will include which items will be shipped and
which items will be placed on backorder. |

Status |
Whenever the status of your order changes, you will be notified by
email. Therefore you will be notified if there is any delay. If we
are not able to ship your order, you will be notified of this also. |

Shipment |
| If all goes well, the last
status change will be that the order has been shipped. When this
happens you will also receive the tracking number of your order. If
your shipping method is UPS, you can use this number at the UPS
Web Site Tracking Page to track the progress of your order right
to your doorstep. If your shipping method is FedEX, you can use the FedEX
Tracking Page the follow the progress of your order. |

to Get Information About a Recently Placed Order |
If you have placed an order
with Hobby People recently and need some information or would like
to change it, there are several ways you can contact us. Please note
that since we begin processing your order immediately after
receiving it, changes may not always be possible depending on
how much time has elapsed.
The easiest way to contact us is by calling 714-963-9881 or fax to
714-962-6452. If your question is time sensitive or if you are
attempting to change a recent order, this is the quickest way to
reach us.
